Documents
- Passport or ID, travel and insurance documents
- Current medical reports and a list of your medications
- A printout of the programme shared by your coordinator
For comfort
- Loose clothing that opens at the front
- Comfortable shoes and a light cardigan
- A neck pillow and a small blanket for long journeys
- Charger, headphones and something to read
